Domestic Orders: 7 Days of Complete Satisfaction (No Questions Asked!)

• Effortless Exchange: Changed your mind? No problem! Just let us know within 3 days of receiving your order by filling out our quick online form. It’s that easy!
• Free Pickup, Hassle-Free Returns: Relax, we’ll take care of everything. We offer FREE pickup for domestic exchanges initiated online.
• Fast Turnaround: Get your new items quickly! The online exchange process typically takes just 7-10 working days.

What can be exchanged?

• Products in pristine condition: Unused, unwashed, with original tags and labels still attached.
• Proof of purchase is a must: Your receipt or online order confirmation email is all you need.

Please note:

• Time is of the essence: Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Gently loved items need to stay home: Products damaged by use or tampering cannot be exchanged.
• Keep it complete: Everything in the original package, including tags, labels, and invoice, needs to be returned.
• A little extra isn’t included: Any excess fabric or embellishments used in product photos won’t be included unless specifically mentioned.
• Shop authentic, shop Teecraft: We can’t be responsible for items purchased from unauthorized sellers. Only trust genuine Teecraft products from our official website (teecraft.com.pk). All Teecraft orders arrive in our signature Teecraft flyer/box.

International Orders: We’ve Got You Covered

We want to make sure you’re confident when you order from anywhere in the world. While we don’t currently offer exchanges for international orders, we’ll take care of you if you receive an incorrect or damaged item. Simply fill out our online Complaint/Inquiry form to register your issue.

Important Note: International orders are shipped in secure Teecraft logo boxes. We can’t address complaints for orders received outside of this packaging.

Refunds: When Your Money Comes Back

Teecraft doesn’t offer traditional cash refunds. However, you can receive a refund on your credit/debit card in specific situations:

• Change of heart before it ships: You can cancel your order and receive a refund before Teecraft begins processing your shipment.
• Quality control glitch: If an item is found defective during quality control and is the only one available, it will be removed from your order, and you’ll receive a refund.

You have the power to cancel your order anytime before it’s processed. Teecraft also reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons like out-of-stock items, pricing errors, defective products, or declined credit/debit card payments.
